Receiving Returns
You can provide information regarding the parameters that will comprise your particular return policy. When we are notified of a return, we will prepare an order return form that includes the reason, who returned the item, who authorized the return, and the condition of the returned merchandise. We will inform you if the item can be returned to stock, repackaged, and resold or if it has been set aside for your decision regarding a course of action in the event that it is damaged or otherwise unusable. We will send you an electronic copy of the return form through email.
In the event that we are processing your credit card transactions, we shall promptly issue a refund to the customer for the amount of the product purchased minus the cost of shipping, unless we are instructed otherwise.
